Sound business planning is critical in order to make the best decisions for your business. Merger Resources can help you make those important decisions. Our services include:
- Business Growth & Exit Planning Strategies: Planning your business exit is a process that begins three to ten years before you want to leave. It is a multi-step process that begins with determining what your successful exit will be like. Once your goals are set, we can work with you to make sure your business is transferred to the successor you choose (an employee, family member or a third party), at the price you want, and on a date you choose.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Selling your business is a venture best handled by professionals. Working in tandem with a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) can make the difference between just getting rid of your business and selling it for the very best price and terms! Our transaction professionals use a proven methodology to manage the process of confidentially selling your business.
- Business Valuations: Knowing the value of your company is key in many aspects of your business strategy. Whether for financing, tax planning, succession planning, or investment purposes, you need a certified valuation. Our valuations are certified to SBA guidelines and are ASA (American Society of Appraisers) certified.
- Buy Side Engagements: Buying another business may be the safest and fastest way for you to grow your business, gain market share, eliminate competition, diversify your business holdings and increase your personal wealth. Our Targeted Acquisition Program will help you identify, find and purchase a business that meets your criteria. These are businesses that aren't advertised for sale anywhere but are available for acquisition.
